  • The development and implementation of a safety and security risk management program is essential in mitigating hazards, preventing injuries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of departmental goals and objectives contribute to the overall success of operations, aligning with the People Team's vision and mission.
  • Supporting team members with open enrollment and pay practices ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, fostering a culture of transparency and fairness.
  • Effective interface and collaboration with other department managers are critical in ensuring seamless workflow, high-quality service, and improved performance management processes.
  • Managing unemployment claims requires expertise in representing the company throughout the appeal process, upholding the organization's reputation and interests.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a call center environment, driving results and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Training competencies in HR administration, legal/regulatory compliance, supervisory development, diversity, and management training.
  • Strong ability to motivate and supervise staff, exercise independent judgment, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
