Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with our business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of top talent to drive organizational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that improve employee skills and performance.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  4. Possession of relevant certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
