Job Description
The Commercial Training and Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the commercial capabilities of our clients. This includes designing and implementing training calendars, developing new programs, and adapting existing ones to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- National trainings on Leadership and Functional skills.
- Store monitoring and training.
- Training distributor's sales force (Indirectly - Directly only at company operated businesses).
- Developing calendar and tools for training.
- Development of new programs and adaptation of new programs.
- Assisting HR Commercial Manager in Project Management of HR programs, key initiatives and other exercises occurring on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment.
- Proficient use of MS Office needed. Frequent work on complex Excel & PowerPoint applications.
- Proficiency in spoken English.
- Strong team player
- Proficient in maintaining speed in work
- Multi-tasking ability
