IT Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT talent acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top IT talent through various channels, conducting screening calls, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and staying up-to-date with current hiring trends and labor market information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage with top IT talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct daily screening calls with prospective candidates to discuss role briefs and gather necessary information.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers and onboarding.
  • Specialize in recruiting for IT positions in the US market, ensuring compliance with US employment standards and practices.
  • Work closely with clients or hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep records of all candidate communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends, salary standards, and other labor market information for the US IT sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT recruiting, with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in onsite roles.
  • Familiarity with US hiring standards, work visas, and employment laws.
  • Strong experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work in different time zones to align with US clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
