We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of call center representatives.
- About the Role:
This is a leadership position that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of call center representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Train and onboard new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
