
Senior Events Coordinator

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Specialist to oversee the successful execution of events at our venue.
Key Responsibilities:- Cover all aspects of event management, including preparation, coordination, and execution.
- Liaise with key staff members to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop and manage event logistics, providing complete reporting before and after events.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive event calendar, updating it daily as needed.
- Identify and recruit team members and volunteers to support event operations.
- Design and deliver training programs for staff members to enhance their event planning skills.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best outcomes.
- Collaborate with hotel staff on joint events.
- Establish and communicate project timelines and priorities.
- Maintain strong relationships with head office and senior management.
- Participate in weekly virtual meetings with remote teams.
- Ensure accurate inventory management of supplies and accessories.
- Oversee event planning from initial stages through final operations.
- Manage project budgets from start to finish.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and quality results.
- Proven experience in event planning and operations within a high-end events venue or 4/5 star hotel property.
- Project management expertise.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Strong knowledge of event operations and experience.
- Flexibility with working hours is required.
