Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate communication and gather client-specific details.
  • Collect business requirements and perform trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Gather client reports and conduct complex data analysis and synthesis.
  • Support clients through internal processes to ensure timely deployments.
  • Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and system information for assigned projects.
  • Resolve problems by acting as a liaison between the company and clients, coordinating with project leads and other key stakeholders.
  • Submit status reports to management summarizing completed projects and tasks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of exposure and PMP certification.
  • Above-average skills in relational database management systems and proficiency in SQL.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Understanding of client corporate organizational structures.
  • Experience in writing and comprehending technical reports.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
