Global Sales Leadership Specialist

About this Sales Role:
This senior sales position allows you to leverage our leading technology portfolio to drive revenue growth for various industries.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing and scaling global sales teams. Your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include consistently meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets through the sale of technology products and services to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of account executives to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
- Establish and ensure consistent execution of appointment and pipeline targets, operating metrics, and KPIs to assess team performance.
- Develop and measure your sales team's core responsibilities, including prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and net-new customers.
- Pipeline planning - maintain a disciplined approach to maintaining a pipeline and keep it current.
- Deliver demos & negotiate deals sourced by the account executives.
- At least 2+ years in sales leadership experience (plus), with a preference for technology/product companies.
- 4+ years in international sales, preferably in the US market.
- A bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing or management, business.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales with demonstrated success in transactions and short sales cycles in fast-paced competitive markets.
