About the Role

This position is responsible for leading a team of distributors/organizations in implementing company strategies tailored to local business needs.

Main Accountabilities
  • Drive the development and implementation of long-term plans for sales growth.
  • Recruit and select suitable Order Bookers / DSRs.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with Annual Operating Plans, emphasizing Key Performance Indicators like:
    • Achieving set monthly sales targets.
    • Sustaining high productivity levels among sales teams.
    • Ensuring adequate stock availability of PCI snacks in the market.
    • Optimizing store displays and ensuring brand presence.
    • Maintaining First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management principles.
    • Reducing stale product stock levels in the market.
  • Assess and determine stock requirements at warehouses.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned territory.
  • Enhance distributor capabilities through training and support.
  • Deploy sales solutions across the distributor network.
  • Maximize returns from marketing investments by distributors and sales representatives.
  • Rationalize use of subsidies provided to distributors.
  • Lead in-market training sessions and provide ongoing coaching support.
  • Pursue new business opportunities.
  • Present weekly performance reports to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Oversee all fixed assets, including store displays and fixtures.
  • Integrate sales software into the distributor's operations.
