
Sales Territory Executive

The role of a Sales Territory Executive at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is to lead the distributor/organization team in executing company strategies tailored to local business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement a journey plan that ensures successful achievement of annual operating plan KPIs.
- To identify stock requirements at warehouses and ensure efficient delivery of volume and revenue targets for the respective territories.
- To train and motivate the distributor/distributor workforce to improve their capabilities.
- To provide regular coaching and feedback sessions with the goal of continuous improvement.
- To efficiently utilize promotional budgets and subsidies by identifying areas for cost savings and implementing solutions.
- To manage all PI assets including racks and other equipment.
- To oversee the implementation of sales software at distributor level.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree (BA) from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or fresh graduates with relevant skills.
Essential Skills:
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
