Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Distribution Leader to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing the distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and deliver sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have strong business and financial acumen, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for:
• Driving the business to achieve desired ambition Underlying Volume/Sales Growth
• Uplifting Competitive visibility in Store
• Coordinating with Distributor/Customer Operational plans/Executions
• Negotiating with Customer for Joint Business planning
• Efficiently planning and managing eRTM, building optimized routes for DSRs
• Supporting digital transformation strategy for your territory
• Having the acumen for Financial Matrix - Business Profitability/Gross Margin
• Leading and driving an extended team - Building team & developing talent
• Being accountable to uphold the business Key Performance Indicators
• Redefining the process post-execution analysis with strong analytical skills

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's Degree
• 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Command over Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Active feet on street and market time
• Capability to Strategize and possess strong execution skills
• Updated with competition insights
• This is an empowered role, hence the resource should display accountability, responsibility, and have strong bias for action
