Job Overview:
FrieslandCampina is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories, managing distribution channels, and providing on-the-job training to sales teams.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve territory volume/value targets while maintaining portfolio availability plans and business partner ROIs.
- Drive distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, call productivity, and drop size.
- Manage capital-intensive distribution and business ROIs.
- Estimate outlets' potential for placement of company assets.
- Provide on-the-job training to distribution sales teams.
- Monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, productivity, call productivity, SKUs per bill, stock return rate, and outlet conversion rate on a daily basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
