Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Sales Executive to spearhead the sales of Odoo ERP solutions, identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up to identify potential customers who can benefit from Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct product demonstrations tailored to each client's needs, showcasing the value proposition of Odoo ERP.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business requirements, workflows, and challenges, positioning Odoo ERP as the ideal solution.
  • Pipeline Management: Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline, setting clear objectives and following up with prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Craft and negotiate sales contracts that meet both the client's and company's goals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively communicate the advantages of Odoo ERP.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal results.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
Qualifications
  1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Experience: A proven track record of successful ERP sales, preferably with Odoo, and a strong understanding of ERP solutions and the sales cycle.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Odoo ERP modules and a good understanding of business processes.
  4. Skills:
  5. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate the value proposition of Odoo ERP to clients.
  6. Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals that meet both the client's and company's goals.
  7. Ability to Handle Objections and Build Rapport: Skilled at handling objections and building rapport with clients to drive sales success.
  8. Proficient in CRM Tools and Sales Software: Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, with experience in Odoo CRM being an asset.
  9. Personal Qualities: Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
