About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Driver to join our team in Rawalpindi and Azad Kashmir. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our talented sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within their assigned territory.

This is an exciting role that requires self-motivation, effective communication, and a passion for achieving results. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote products to retailers, distributors, and key accounts in your assigned territory, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade marketing activities and ensure brand visibility at the point of sale.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Rawalpindi and Azad Kashmir market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to analyze sales data.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
