The Welcome and Inquiry Officer plays a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Greets visitors warmly and provides exceptional customer service.
  2. Handles phone calls efficiently and directs them to the correct staff members.
  3. Maintains the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and well-presented at all times.
  4. Receives and sorts mail, deliveries, and courier shipments.
  5. Ensures office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
  6. Provides accurate and timely information to visitors and callers.
  7. Assists with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  8. Answers inquiries and provides information about the organization's services and policies.
  9. Manages and updates office databases and contact lists.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of an Intermediate or higher level of education.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
