The Welcome and Inquiry Officer plays a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Greets visitors warmly and provides exceptional customer service.
- Handles phone calls efficiently and directs them to the correct staff members.
- Maintains the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Receives and sorts mail, deliveries, and courier shipments.
- Ensures office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
- Provides accurate and timely information to visitors and callers.
- Assists with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answers inquiries and provides information about the organization's services and policies.
- Manages and updates office databases and contact lists.
Requirements
- A minimum of an Intermediate or higher level of education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
