The Customer Service and Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Handle phone calls and direct them to the correct staff members.
  3. Maintain the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and well-presented at all times.
  4. Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and courier shipments.
  5. Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
  6. Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and callers.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  8. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's services and policies.
  9. Manage and update office databases and contact lists.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of an Intermediate or higher level of education.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with ease.
