The Customer Service and Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities- Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the correct staff members.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and courier shipments.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
- Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and callers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's services and policies.
- Manage and update office databases and contact lists.
Requirements
- A minimum of an Intermediate or higher level of education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease.
