Job Opportunity:

  • Maintain and ensure the readiness of a fleet of vehicles.
  • Enforce policies and regulations related to transportation and safety.
  • Educate drivers on traffic laws and ensure they possess valid licenses.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles in accordance with standards.
  • Monitor fuel consumption levels.
  • Ensure adherence to service norms, dress code, and other operational guidelines by staff and drivers.
  • Arrange centralized transport services for employees and students within Rawalpindi & Taxila.
  • Manage transport arrangements for school-going children of employees.
  • Handle the provision of transport services to users, including issuance and receipt of services.
  • Procure spare parts, tyres, batteries as per established procedures.
  • Provide transport services to officers, faculty, and staff on a payment basis.
  • Oversee vehicle repairs and maintenance in workshops.
  • Manage campus shuttle services for students.
  • Supervise hired transport services for student pick & drop services.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Transport Management or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in transportation operations and fleet management.
  • Academic qualifications in Transport Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in transportation operations, fleet management, or a related field.
  • Experience in supervising vehicle maintenance.
