This is an exciting opportunity to join a global logistics company and take on a leadership role in our customer care team.
About the PositionAs a Customer Care Team Lead - Air Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage a team of customer care professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
- To develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimize business outcomes.
- To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer care and drive business growth.
- To collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business results.
- A graduation is mandatory.
- A minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
