About the Position

As a Customer Care Team Lead - Air Logistics, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of customer care professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
  • To develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimize business outcomes.
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer care and drive business growth.
  • To collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business results.
Requirements
  • A graduation is mandatory.
  • A minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
