
HR Generalist Role

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to manage various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, recruitment, and administration.
Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Factory Act regulations and maintain liaison with local authorities.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with department heads to define Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each personnel, and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit workers and staff to meet organizational needs.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as security, housekeeping, and other related duties.
- Audit Management: Conduct social audits and export audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze and manage monthly manpower costs to achieve effective utilization.
- Government Liaison: Handle legal and government liaison work, including court cases and other related matters.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- Age: Not more than 45 years.

- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record in HR management and administration.
