Key Responsibilities:- Develop Business Strategies: Create and execute business development plans to increase import LCL sales.
- Serve Corporate Clients: Establish strong relationships and deliver exceptional service as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
- Timely Communication: Ensure prompt exchange of information and documentation with corporate customers.
- Accurate Billing: Oversee timely and accurate billing for corporate customers.
- Smooth Freight Process: Manage freight processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze Workflows: Identify best practices to boost productivity in the Import LCL department.
- Maintain SOPs: Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all customers.
- Meet Performance Goals: Lead efforts to achieve volume and revenue goals for Import LCL.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Meet KPI Standards: Adhere to company policies and procedures, meeting Key Performance Indicator standards.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- MS Office Suite Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Multitasking: Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Follow-up Skills: Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure task completion.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
