ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage distributors and trade for a designated territory, ensuring effective distribution operations and meeting sales and Key Performance Indicator targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • We strive to drive business towards desired sales growth and volume targets by analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • To enhance competitive visibility in stores, we focus on developing strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • We coordinate operational plans and executions with distributors and customers to ensure seamless execution and meet objectives.
  • Negotiating with customers for joint business planning enables us to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • We plan and manage eRTM, build optimized routes for DSRs, and continuously evaluate and refine our strategies.
  • Supporting the digital transformation strategy within your territory is crucial for driving innovation and growth.
  • Understanding financial metrics such as business profitability and gross margin helps inform data-driven decisions.
  • As a leader, you will be responsible for building and managing an extended team, developing talent, and upholding business Key Performance Indicators.
  • Analyzing post-execution processes with strong analytical skills enables us to redefine strategies and improve performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • You must have strong business and financial acumen, enabling you to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI is necessary for data analysis and reporting.
  • An active presence in the market and on the ground is vital for staying connected with customers and identifying opportunities.
  • The ability to strategize and execute effectively is critical for driving business results.
  • Awareness of competitive insights is necessary for informing our sales strategies and staying ahead of the competition.
