Associate HR Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Associate HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and ensuring that people initiatives effectively support business growth and success.

Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations, supporting talent management processes, and contributing to organizational development efforts. You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

In this role, you will also provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, develop and improve HR processes for promotions and transfers, and identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

You will participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, follow up to ensure training objectives are met, and conduct weekly meetings with respective business units. Additionally, you will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with 0-1 years of experience or internship in HR.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems, and possess a strong organizational skillset with attention to detail.
