Job Brief:

The position requires a dynamic and motivated individual to join the HR business partnering team. The role will focus on fostering positive employee relations, talent acquisition, performance reviews, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, providing guidance, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  2. Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and ensure adherence to company policies.
  3. Participate in the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  4. Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  5. Assist HRBP with performance reviews by tracking employee performance, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to managers and employees.
  6. Work closely with the Training & Development team for Sales Competency Assessments to evaluate employee skills and capabilities.
  7. Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
  8. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining the HR database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
