Dealership Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Development and Sales Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Responsible for increasing new dealers and maintaining meaningful relationships with existing dealers, driving growth in the territory through strategic sales initiatives and business development activities.
  • Building Material Expertise: Candidate should have experience in the building material sector, having established or successfully revised dealer networks, ensuring effective distribution channels and market penetration.
  • Premium Product Dealer Networks: Experience with premium or quality product-based dealer networks is a plus, leveraging industry expertise to drive sales volume and revenue growth.
  • Engagement Activities: Drive engagement activities with plumbers and architects to recognize and capitalize on Beta Pipes' success, fostering strong relationships and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Dealer Agreements: Implement new dealer agreements and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Market Share Development: Manage dealer market share development, volume, and product mix within the area of responsibility to ensure dealers meet sales goals and market penetration, driving long-term business growth.
  • Sales Targets: Plan to ensure achievement of team and personal quarterly and annual sales and recovery targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies, promoting a culture of excellence and performance.
  • Sales Force Management: Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills and ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and quarterly sales and KPI targets are met.
  • Market Analysis: Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities and provide feedback to management about the central region, informing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Product Recommendations: Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities and/or product packaging and service changes, surveying customer needs and trends, and tracking competitors, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and market demands.
  • Sales Programs: Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans, driving results-oriented sales initiatives and promotional activities, and measuring program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Inventory Management: Track dealer stock inventory levels to ensure they meet both the dealer's business plan as well as current market and product demands, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Retail Sales Assistance: Manage retail sales assistance processes and sales tools to achieve successful attainment of assigned annual sales volume and gross profit, driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Provide critical insight and contribute to the development of the Beta Pipes sales segment's strategic plans, informing business strategy and driving long-term growth and success.
