Job Title

We are seeking a Trainee to support our day-to-day operations in Finance and Human Resources.

  • Accounts Coordination:
    • Record daily financial transactions using software ZohoBooks.
    • Process payments, invoices, receipts, reimbursements, and petty cash.
    • Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
    • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
    • Coordinate with external accountants for compliance and audits.
    • Ensure timely and accurate data entry for financial transactions.
  • HR Coordination:
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases (leave, attendance, contracts, etc.).
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
    • Help organize internal events and team communications.
    • Coordinate employee benefits and handle basic HR queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months of experience in accounting, HR coordination, or administrative support.
  • Interest in learning or exploring accounting software (ZohoBooks).
  • Familiarity with HR processes.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
