We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist with strong background in B2B sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and collecting high-quality leads and prospects for web app, mobile app, and software development services.
This is a performance-driven role that blends data scraping, client-oriented outreach, and CRM expertise. Our team collaborates closely to run outreach campaigns, craft personalized messages, and align leads with our services.
The successful candidate will have excellent research and data validation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Identification: Scrape, extract, and compile qualified leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Bark, Clutch, and industry directories.
- Pipeline Management: Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients for web and mobile app development services.
- Contact Information: Identify decision-makers and gather accurate contact information.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in lead generation, scraping, and prospecting.
- B2B Sales Background: Strong background in B2B sales and a marketing mindset.
- CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
