Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration and payroll management.

  • Talent Acquisition: source, screen, interview and hire top talent to fill critical roles within the organization.
  • Employee Relations: foster a positive work environment by providing guidance and support to employees, addressing conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Benefits Administration: manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Payroll Management: process and manage employee pay, including salary, bonuses and other forms of compensation.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years of experience in HR, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
