We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive growth and maximize client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage relationships with our most important clients, ensuring tailored solutions meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and business development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of account management and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
