Job Title:

You are required to assume the role of an Administrative Coordinator who will oversee claim processes in the tyre division, managing and processing claims effectively.

About the Role:

  1. This administrative position involves developing a monthly plan for claim visits in collaboration with the Sales Manager (SM) and securing approval from the Regional Sales Director (RSD).
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and coordinating the claim process with Head Office (HO) and Factory teams.
  3. Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections and preparing detailed reports on claims submitted to SM/RSD, as well as visiting dealers to discuss details.
  4. The job requires weekly publication of claim reports - Dealer-wise, both Tyre and Tube.
  5. Additional assignments and responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient communication between HO, Factory, and Dealers.
  • Develop effective strategies to manage claims promptly.
  • Publish timely claim reports for dealer-wise review.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years' experience in administration or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, and good time management are necessary qualities.
  • Detailed knowledge of the automotive market and understanding of claims expertise is essential.
