Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with preparing documents and presentations.
- Manage correspondence and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
