Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales targets, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and allocate monthly sales targets for the sales team in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure targets are clearly communicated to the sales team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the head office to address any discrepancies or updates needed.
  • Facilitate smooth business operations by managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, regional head and other departments to ensure business continuity.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support the sales team with insights and actionable data.
  • Maintain and provide daily visibility on sales metrics and performance to the team.
  • Share key highlights and updates on all KPIs with the head office and respective managers to ensure alignment with daily targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business support or sales operations role.
  • Proven experience with target setting, performance analysis, and backend operations in a mid-level management capacity.
  • Strong strategic orientation with the ability to align operational activities with broader business goals.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
