Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to oversee the overall sales strategy for the designated territory. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to motivate teams to achieve high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth and profitability.
  2. Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  3. Build and lead a high-performing team that shares the company's values and vision.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience working in the FMCG industry.
