About the Role:
In this critical position, you will play a key role in shaping our company's strategy and direction. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, mentoring and developing individuals to achieve their full potential, and driving results through effective leadership and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in SAAS/PAAS/Analytics solutions presales.
- Understanding: Strong understanding of AdTech & Quantica architecture, platforms, cloud computing, and edge computing technologies.
- Expertise: Expertise in key AdTech & Quantica protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc.) and connectivity technologies (e.g., 5G, LoRaWAN, Bluetooth, etc.).
- Familiarity: Familiarity with analytics platforms, machine learning integration, and data processing in an AdTech & Quantica context.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, enterprise integration, and security challenges in AdTech & Quantica environments.
