Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support key functions and drive strategic initiatives at our organization. The ideal candidate will focus on streamlining recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and managing grievances in alignment with business objectives.
This role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can act as a strategic partner across departments, providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and operational support.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop suitable sourcing strategies.
- Assist in screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Measure employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms, analyzing results for actionable insights.
- Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.
- Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees raising concerns or grievances.
- Conduct investigations related to workplace issues, ensuring confidentiality and impartiality.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely, fair, and professional manner.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records, including recruitment metrics, engagement scores, and grievance cases.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare reports for management on recruitment activities, engagement levels, and grievance outcomes.
- HR Process Optimization
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes related to recruitment, engagement, and grievance management.
- Assist in policy development and awareness campaigns.
Required Qualifications- A minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in recruitment, employee engagement, or grievance handling.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- A good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – approachable and empathetic.
- The ability to work flexibly with timings and prioritize workload.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
