Product Management Specialist


Role Overview:

This position is responsible for overseeing the development and growth of wealth management products, focusing on digital lending, savings, and investment solutions. The role involves managing product operations, portfolio management, customer experience, and data-driven insights to ensure smooth product performance and continued value for customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate in-depth analytics and portfolio insights to monitor and optimize the performance of digital lending, savings, and investment products.
  • Develop and prioritize product enhancements based on business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of all wealth products.
  • Support in monitoring and tracking the Profit & Loss of the portfolio, emphasizing operational efficiency and product sustainability.
  • Oversee the end-to-end complaint handling process for wealth products, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvements in service levels.
  • Work with technology teams to deliver system enhancements, bug fixes, and UI/UX improvements across the app, USSD, and call center.
  • Conduct regular diagnostic and trend analysis to design portfolio optimization strategies while considering customer behavior, risk, market dynamics, and seasonality.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and growth teams to support product adoption through effective campaigns and customer education.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in management sciences, economics, or a related field, accompanied by 2-4 years of experience in managing digital products, preferably in fintech/wealth products. Familiarity with digital lending, savings, and investment landscapes, as well as knowledge of product lifecycle management, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in Excel or other tools for analytics and reporting, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong analytical skills are required.
