Job Description:

The role involves overseeing the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely collections, and implementing group AR policy.

Responsibilities include managing gift registers, conducting monthly calls with gift champions, releasing credit orders according to DOA, and updating status in CDMS.

Additionally, the candidate will adjust credit limits and payment terms, remove credit limits from inactive accounts, chase DSO and collections, forecast collections based on DSO and outstanding amounts, approve or reject credit limits run by Data Science Model, and manage payment schedules.

Candidates will also coordinate with commercial teams, reduce provisions, check open documents at month-end, handle write-off cases, liaise with internal legal teams, block or unblock inactive accounts, provide data to auditors, and finalize collection incentives.
