
Network Territory Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of a designated network territory. This includes ensuring that sales and revenue targets are met, while also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Analyze and improve sales strategies to increase revenue from 3G and 4G networks, including handset sales through new smartphone shops and existing retailers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely issue resolution and quality assurance for customer complaints, monitoring CSI metrics and implementing improvements.
- Channel Development: Identify high-potential areas within the territory and develop strategies to expand SIM selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, and Postpaid services.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with Regional Sales Head to ensure timely purchase orders are placed by franchises to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
