Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets. You will lead a team of marketers, negotiate with parties under the company's strategies, and work closely with the management to meet primary and secondary targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Lead a team of marketers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Negotiate with parties to secure business deals.
  • Work closely with the management to meet sales targets.


Requirements:

You should have a positive approach and be a strategy maker. You must have basic knowledge of computers and be well-versed in consumer products, particularly in Rawalpindi and Islamabad markets. Your ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, confidently form and lead a marketing team, negotiate with parties under the company's strategies, and achieve the primary and secondary targets given by the management from time to time will be crucial for success in this role.
