We are seeking a skilled Financial Modelling and Valuation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services in financial modelling, valuation, and economics.

">Key Services Include:
  • Formal Valuation Opinions: Providing independent financial analysis for regulatory or compliance purposes.
  • Fairness Opinions: Offering expert advice on financial matters to assist clients in fulfilling their fiduciary duties.
  • Valuation Analysis: Conducting thorough valuations for strategic planning, tax reorganizations, and other purposes.
  • Financial Reporting: Recommending fair values of tangible and intangible assets to support financial statement assertions.
  • Litigation Support: Assisting clients in resolving disputes through expert advice and assistance on financial and economic issues.
  • Decision Modelling: Designing, building, and reviewing complex data analysis models for risk assessment and business planning.
  • Economic Advisory: Applying economic principles and models to address client needs in policy, regulation, and commercial decision making.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading and Participating in Valuation Analyses: Applying valuation theories and approaches to provide accurate and reliable results.
  • Developing Valuation Models: Creating and maintaining valuation models to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Cultivating Client Relationships: Expanding and strengthening existing client relationships through internal and external business development activities.
  • Working with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborating with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Holding a degree in finance or a similar field (CFA qualification considered a strong asset).
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: Having at least 5 years of experience in performing valuations in a consulting environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Possessing experience in cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrating the ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers.
  • Leadership Skills: Exhibiting demonstrated people management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Possessing strong computer and financial modelling skills.
  • Communication Skills: Displaying strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
