Key Financial Analyst Position

This role is part of the finance team, providing key support to stakeholders. It involves close collaboration with business units to analyze financial data, understand performance trends, and offer actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business on strategic decisions.
  • Prepare management dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Analyze business performance and report significant variances.
  • Recommend operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analytics for ad hoc business cases and deep dives.
  • Utilize BI tools like Tableau, Redash, and SQL to create reports supporting decision-making.
  • Collaborate with accounting for accurate month-end closing and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Advanced degrees like MBA, ACCA, CA, or CFA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas within the industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI and reporting tools.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • High commercial acumen and business understanding.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, Redash, and SQL.
  • Proactive and high ownership mindset.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a full-time commitment.
