Financial Analyst

This role involves delivering high-quality services for matters such as acquisitions, divestitures, financings, reorganizations, financial reporting and strategic decision making.

  • Lead and participate in valuation and financial analyses, applying theories and approaches to develop valuation models and prepare reports.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships, working with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements.

To succeed, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or a related field (CFA qualification is an asset).
  • 3-4 years of experience in performing valuations in a consulting environment, with 2+ years working independently on multiple engagements.
  • Strong computer and financial modelling skills, excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, and project management skills.
  • A willingness to travel as per business needs.

  • Ability to deal with confidential information with diplomacy.
