We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team at Fortis-Group, the leading group in Real Estate. Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with partners or potential customers, identifying and securing business opportunities, and understanding client needs to offer solutions and support. They will also be required to create and share proposals with interested clients, collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, and maintain short- and long-term business development plans.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners or potential customers, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  2. Identify and Secure Business Opportunities: Utilize market knowledge and industry insights to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to secure them.
  3. Understand Client Needs: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, providing solutions and support to meet their requirements.
  4. Create and Share Proposals: Develop and share proposals with interested clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of working with Fortis-Group.
  5. Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management to set sales goals, plan, and forecast, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
