Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at TOPTALENT, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company goals.

You will leverage your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of competitors and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide valuable insights to enhance our competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and Urdu (C1).
  • Portfolio of active clients with a proven ability to expand the network rapidly.
  • Experience in the finance or brokerage industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
