The Ideal Candidate
  • We're looking for individuals with 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • A minimum of 12 years of education is required.
  • Strong Urdu communication skills are essential.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will respond to customer calls and text chats.
  • You will diagnose and tackle customer-facing issues.
  • You will analyze recurring problems and propose solutions.
  • You will coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
