Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to lead our North West operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance fundraising and outreach with community and premium donors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Align the fundraising and volunteer strategy for the North West region with Head Office.
  • Cultivate, retain, and manage high-net-worth (HNI) and organizational donors.
  • Recruit, engage, retain, and grow the volunteer base.
  • Design and drive an outreach effort to significantly enhance fundraising from new and existing HNI and corporate donors.
  • Develop and execute Donor Engagement Plans for all community outreach and premium donors.
  • Engage senior management and volunteers to solicit new donors and engage current ones.
  • Maintain relationships with BAP+ volunteers.
  • Set and track weekly, monthly, and annual fundraising targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising and leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with donor engagement strategies.
