Job Profile

We are looking for a seasoned Call Centre Manager to lead our team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results, managing teams, and improving customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective call centre strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
  4. Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a call centre environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager).

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset with expertise in call centre metrics and reporting.
