Sr. Manager Customer Service

As a customer service team lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective complaint procedures to ensure customers receive timely support.

This involves designing and distributing customer feedback forms, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement, creating and documenting customer service policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other managers to enhance customer service processes.
  • Work closely with departments to optimize the complaint resolution process.
  • Mentor customer service team members, promoting best practices and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments through continuous learning.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, providing personalized assistance and advice.
Requirements:

A Master's degree in Business Administration is required.

Minimum 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles are necessary.

You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be proactive in resolving issues.
