
Technical Recruitment Specialist

Sought after professional with a proven track record of filling various types of jobs in IT sectors.
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the execution of full life cycle recruitment; sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and submitting qualified applicants for interview. You will also determine applicant qualifications by interviewing them and provide support through the interview process. Additionally, you will manage contract employees while on assignment and place them again when they come off assignments. To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be highly driven, and have a calm demeanor when handling multiple tasks. Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques is also highly desirable.
