Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to manage the entire hiring process for technical roles.

The ideal candidate will oversee sourcing and screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Cycle Management: Oversee the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Initial Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in technical recruiting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably in IT, software development, or engineering.
  • Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical job requirements, skill sets, and sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing Platforms: Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
  • ATS Experience: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Additional Details:
  • Work Schedule: The night shift follows the US time zone.
  • Remote Work: In case of remote work, a separate workspace and required gadgets will be arranged by the candidate.
