About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to drive sales growth, identify new business prospects, and build strong relationships with potential clients. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, this opportunity is perfect for you.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through various channels, developing customized solutions for clients, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, and minimum 1 year experience in IT or business development. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is also required. Self-motivation, goal-driven attitude, and tech industry knowledge are highly valued.

Job Requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
    • Develop strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in IT or business development.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.
    • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
    • Tech industry knowledge is a plus.
